A majority of Tennesseans want to buy wine where they buy food. The Red White and Food grassroots campaign is about giving consumers a voice in this ongoing debate.

The Red White and Food Voters Political Action Committee (PAC) is another opportunity for you to show legislators you want the laws restricting wine sales changed.

All money raised by the PAC will be contributed to the campaigns of candidates who support our cause. The PAC has a president and treasurer who will determine the contributions. None of the money will be used to fund general Red White and Food campaign activities.

PACs normally accept money from a small group of people, e.g. executives in a particular type of business. The Red White and Food Voters PAC is different.

All of the money we raise will come from everyday consumers who want more choice. The grocery industry will make their contributions to a separate PAC.

We can accept contributions from anyone who wants wine sales in retail food stores. You decide how much it is worth to you to be able to buy wine where you buy groceries – even if it’s just $5. Legislators will be paying as much attention to how many people give as how much they give.
